This past weekend Alyssa and I drove for our first slumber party with friends (Kiley and Kristen) in IOWA.  My girlfriend, Kiley had baby Henry about 11 weeks after I did.  So it has been good for the sanity to be able to share our baby triumphs and exhausten with each other.  I truly feel very blessed to have met such wonderful friends in college and have been able to remain so close.  I think Alyssa thought she was taking over; she stole Henry's crib for naptime and nighttime.  We had a great slumber party; Alyssa only woke up once in the night and was comforted by Henry's dad...well, he tried to comfort her.  Wonderful night.
