Last weekend my sis-n-law and the kiddos along with my mom came to visit for a slumber party and a trip to the zoo. They came up Friday night for dinner which consisted of homemade pizza (yum) and for dessert we had zucchini brownies, sneaky! My nephew LOVED the brownies, best he ever had!
We got up in the morning, Alyssa fit in her nap and we were off to the zoo. Road construction was ridiculous about a half mile from the zoo so the half hour trip took an hour. Once we FINALLY got there we saw as much as we could fit in. Alyssa pointed at the animals and made an O with her mouth and kept whispering 'what's that'. The other kids LOVED everything and couldn't get enough. Here are a few photos of our zoo trip.
